Shipping policy

At Oliaskin, we want your skincare products to reach you safely, securely, and as smoothly as possible. Every order is prepared with care and shipped using trusted delivery partners. This Shipping Policy applies to skincare products purchased directly through oliaskin.com and should be read together with our other applicable store policies.

Where We Ship

Oliaskin ships to supported addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, and selected European countries. Available destinations are displayed at checkout. Shipping is subject to our fulfillment partner’s destination restrictions, including restrictions on islands and offshore territories.

International shipping availability depends on the destination. If your country or region does not appear as an available option during checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, packed, and handed off to our shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) following order confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (MST) will generally begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Transit Times

Shipping charges depend on the delivery destination, shipment weight, selected shipping method, and any applicable Oliaskin shipping promotion. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude order processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You can use the tracking details provided to follow your package as it moves through the delivery network. Please ensure your email address and shipping information are entered accurately at checkout.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact Oliaskin promptly.

• Address-change requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order. Address changes are not guaranteed and cannot be made once fulfillment has begun. After dispatch, any available delivery changes must be arranged with the carrier and are subject to its procedures.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Because Oliaskin ships internationally, orders outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

• These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless expressly collected at checkout.
• These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customers are responsible for confirming that products ordered from Oliaskin may legally be imported into their destination country.
• If a package is refused, held, returned, or seized because of customs requirements, unpaid duties, or import restrictions, refund eligibility will be evaluated under the Oliaskin Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please use the tracking information provided with your order to monitor delivery. When a shipping carrier confirms that a package was successfully delivered to the address provided, Oliaskin cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check around the delivery location, building reception, or with household members/neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation or open an inquiry.
• Contact Oliaskin Support if you need available shipment data to assist with your carrier query.

Protecting Your Skincare Order After Delivery

Skincare formulations can be sensitive to prolonged exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, or freezing conditions. Tracking your shipment and retrieving it promptly upon delivery helps preserve product integrity. Once a carrier successfully delivers a package, customers are responsible for its safe retrieval and proper storage according to the product label instructions.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Delivery-Related Issues

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is affected by a fulfillment error:

• Please contact Oliaskin Support within 5 days of delivery.
• Where available, retain the product, original packaging, and shipping materials while your concern is reviewed. Please provide clear photographs of damaged or incorrect items and the shipping box to help us investigate. If these are unavailable, contact us so we can discuss other supporting information.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, transit times can occasionally be impacted by external events such as customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak holiday volumes, or regulatory restrictions.
